How does this work?

Browse the available builds, pick the one you want, and place your order. I'll source the parts, assemble everything, and ship it straight to you.

How long does it take to receive my keyboard?

Builds typically take 1–2 weeks from order to shipping, depending on part availability. You'll get a tracking number once it ships.

Can I request a custom build not listed on the site?

Reach out and we can talk about it! I'll let you know if I can source the parts/modification and what it would cost.

What if something is wrong with my keyboard when it arrives?

I test every board before it ships, but if something's off just message me and I'll make it right.

What switches should I get if I'm new to custom keyboards?

I would recommend linear switches! They are good all-around option that are smooth, good for gaming, and easy to get used to.

What if I have more questions than are answered here?
